Don't ever expect a call back from these people to try and get a status report on your equipment..had one of my machines there for over a week. That would not be an issue but never got a call back as to what was going on after leaving many, many, messages..I finally went in and learned they were waiting for a part..they had no idea when it would come in..so I took my broken machine and left..customer service sucks.
They could took care of my snowblower on the same day. Nice people
I've used Route 22 Small Engine Repair many times over the years and have had nothing but great results each time. My issue gets resolved and at a reasonable price. Great to use local businesses to support the community
This place takes advantage of people. My elderly father with dementia brought his blower to this shop to get repaired. These guys charged him ~$420 to repair this blower. Total ripoff, and any other shop would have told him to simply buy a new blower for that much money. The blower broke again less than 2 weeks after their ‘repair’ work. The neighbor next door found out about it and said ‘oh ya, I’ve been to rt 22 engine repair, those guys are total crooks’ Don’t go here.
