Rude and unprofessional. The person who answered the phone sounded like the phone had just woken them up and when we tried to set up an appointment after purchasing a Groupon, we were rudely told that they don't accept them anymore, even though we were able to purchase the voucher. If they don't want to accept Groupon, they should remove themselves from the platform to avoid these issues going forward, but we heard enough to know we will never bring our business to this establishment.
