My husband and I had a serpentine belt go out on our sprinter van in Dunbar, WV on our way to Ohio. Greg picked us and the van up from the motel took us to the shop and even though he was swamped with business he got right to work on our van to get us back to work. Him and his wife were super nice and made us feel right at home in West Virginia! If ever we have another vehicle problem in that area he will be the first we call!!
