I highly recommend avoiding this Nissan dealership. Zane and John Cortez told me my warranty wouldn’t cover my engine without even submitting a claim. I had to call Nissan Consumer Affairs myself, and they confirmed it was covered—they had no idea why I was told otherwise. Either they’re incompetent or dishonest. If you have a warranty, don’t take their word for it—call and verify it yourself. Terrible experience.
I recently bought a car after coming in to see it in person. Manny Vargas was my sales person. He was very accommodating in assisting me with making my first purchase. I would recommend working with him and this dealership!
I have been coming to this dealership to lease cars for over 5 years and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. They always answer my (many) questions and honor any particular requests I have with regard to my leased vehicle. They also try to work with me to get good deals and pricing for the lease. They are great!
This is my first time writing a review as well as my first time owning my first car , I want to say I had a great experience as first time shopper ,I felt welcomed and comfortable , also shoutout to my sales person manny Vargas I appreciate you the conversations and jokes made me felt welcome and it was easy to work with you and negotiate , I had a great experience and I will be shopping there again In the future
