I have nothing but nice things to say about working with this business! All the staff have been very nice to me and my family. Which also purchased a vehicle from them as well. Every time I have had a problem, which hasn't been many. I've felt like it was fixed right away. You got to be a total idiot to purchase a vehicle from this company number one it's owned by one guy this guy is the most unscrupulous gold digging does not stand behind his product and is a straight out liar and I will prove that anytime he wants to see me in public in front of other people I have the paperwork to prove everything sent me to go get tires at the place that he uses two of the tires that he said we're new head plugs in them I've had to replace the ignition coils at my cost but of course he charged me $1,700 fr... read more
Best customer service until you receive your vehicle! My truck I purchased has had nothing but problems since 2 days after I took it home. I have tried several times to contact Thai company and have never received a call back. Truck has warranty on it and can't even get it fixed because of their lack of customer contact and returning calls. But of course I still pay my payment every month for a vehicle I can not use!
These people just string you along and lie to your face. Unfortunately the fit the typical stereotype of used car sales men!
