My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received at 128 Honda North when we went to trade in our lease car. Our salesman Mr. Raj was absolutely amazing and really did commit to working with us and getting us the best deal. Bryan was outstanding—no pressure, just hard work and a clear commitment to excellent customer service. You can tell the owner truly values a customer-focused atmosphere. I had a great experience at Rt. 128 Honda working with Carter! He was very knowledgeable and did a great job helping me pick out the perfect SUV for my specific family needs. I was wavering between two colors and he helped me decide on the radiant red CRV — love it so far! Victor also did a great job assisting and Dan is a very hands on owner. All the help was much appreciated. I will be recommending Rt. 128 Honda to those looking for a new car and my husband will be back when his lease is up next year.
