Called on Monday told them my parents need an oil change and inspection. Explained to them they are elderly and would have to wait. Guy on the phone was very nice said not a problem and told them to come in at 10. They got there at 10 and my mom called me said that they have no record of this. I told the guy there everything and he said no mechanic likes it when people wait (which i understand and which is why I called the day before to make sure it was ok) he said I dont have the time right now come back at 11.
