I believe it was I who called the dealer, but he was readily available by phone. He was helpful and accommodating, and was willing to deliver the car to us if we bought it and even to do the legwork to have it registered. He also offered us a good trade-in value for our vehicle.
The car I was interested in sold just before I arrived. The owner took the time to tell me about the car anyway so that I would know more about it if I found another one like it. Much appreciated.
Peter, the owner was very responsive, friendly, and straight forward. We felt the asking price was a good one, so didn't haggle (the price had already been reduced a couple of times previous, too). However, there were a few things that needed fixing and Peter took care of them without question, and we picked up the truck in a few days. It was nice having the registration and inspection taken care of, too so all we had to do was drive it home. Still under the warranty, but no problems. Love my new truck!
