Love the service at Nissan on route 10. Everyone is very kind , pleasant and helpful. Very efficient and quick while bringing the car for oil change or any type of service. Would definitely recommend friends and family to go get a car from that dealership.
Chad the service manager did an excellent job diagnosing the problems with my low mileage classic convertible 2004 350Z. My drivers side door lock was broken and the car had a rough idle. Chad had the idle software reprogrammed and order the parts needed to complete the repairs in the time frame we agreed. Advised me of the cost in advance and applied all service repair discounts available that applied. The salesman Ahmad that I bought my pathfinder from was great but the service center is horrible. Very rude and unprofessional service center. I went to service my car that I just got 3 months ago for a oil change and the back cup holder popped off they said someone grabbed a hammer and was smashing it and they can’t do anything about it. Why would I do that to a 2025 car that I just bought? The manager of service there is just so rude and careless.
