We have been dealing with Rousseau’s for a few years now. In particular, we have been consulting with Elizabeth Kiser. Elizabeth has been fun and great to deal with. She was able to identify our taste and style, and then help us update and redesign our home. She occasionally made suggestions that were outside our norm, which turned out to be great and really enhanced our home. She was able to bring the fun into our space. Jen and I are so happy with the reupholstery of a 19th century sofa that Elizabeth from Rousseau’s helped us redesign. This was a special sofa from Jen‘s family, and Elizabeth was able to curate the fabric and design based on the interior style of our house and the background story of the sofa. She was able to maintain the era of the sofa while modernizing it. She was such a lovely person to work with, and we are so fortunate to draw upon her expertise and passion.
I was having a lot of trouble finalizing paint colours due to the different lighting conditions in my house. After many hours of frustration, I reached out to Rousseau's and Betty came to the house to help me. She was wonderful - listened to what I was aiming for, made helpful suggestions, and ultimately guided me to the perfect paint choice. I was so incredibly happy, relieved, and grateful. Money well spent - wish I had sought professional advice sooner. Thank you, Betty!
I have been customer for many years and find the service excellent. Staff takes the time to understand your requirement and provides options without judgement. Very positive advice always and the staff makes you feel that your needs are important regardless if small purchase or large design area to fit up The range of product is beautiful while affordable and meets anyone’s design vibe !
