Dr. Emily McIntosh and the staff at Madison Family Dentistry are friendly and highly skilled. The work they did took less time than I thought and I was pleased with the results. I've been going there for several years and have had consistently good experiences.
Great Dental Office. Everyone is friendly. All procedures were explained to me ahead of time. The staff are gentle and patient. The doctor came in to personally discuss my visit and how it would benefit me. I am a happy patient.
Professional, courteous and competent staff. Doctor(s) Macintosh are very knowledgable, informative, low pressure. They have an eye for detail and take the time to explain their recommendations and procedures.

I have had several dentists over the years, but none hold a candle to this duo. They are accurate n their diagnosis, and professional with their procedures. But they do not sacrafice friendliness or care for the patient. And as an engineer, I love that Dr. Paul takes the time to explain what he's doing and how things work. Lastly, the office is very well run. I hope Dr. Paul and Dr. Emily are last dentists I ever have.
As always very professional and patient oriented. incorporates the patient in decisions. Everyone is friendly. Very good experience.
I have a fear of needles. It's never been an issue with Dr McIntosh. He was quick. He touched base with me through my procedure to verify I was OK. He's always polite. My daughter and I have been patients for years.
The staff was very friendly and did not give a hard time about not going to a dentist for several years. Instead of just telling you what they was going to do everything was explained and discussed with you. I will definitely keep going back and I would recommend them to anyone I know.
