These people are weird! The ladies at the front desk are SO rude!! I've been calling to cancel my appointment multiple times this last month and never got a return phone call. I just went there for the appointment I wanted to cancel and this rude lady is there telling me that they don't typically call back and confirm cancelled appointments. They just know. Excuse me?
