My mother is a patient here. Since surgery she has been in terrible pain. She has left countless messages for Dr.Roush and has yet to receive a phone call back. Following that, she had an appointment. The office manager was incredibly rude to her and cancelled her appointment while she was in there which is extremely unacceptable. I just got a $50k surgery with this office and all I asked for was an out of work note that reflected a sooner date than a month so that my telehealth job would allow me to work from home while I healed and I definitely did not appreciate how the front office staff treated me. I had to call ALL day for a SIMPLE NOTE that they treated me so poorly to receive. Dr Roush is a top Surgeon, I have a serious condition that he has done a remarkable job addressing. I had consults with 3 other surgeons, one behind a chief of surgery at a major hospital. These other surgeons could not tie his shoes! If your lucky enough to have found him then you are in the most capable hands. My recovery has been slow, however, my damage was extensive both neck and back. Some people complain about waiting but if you’re here to see him you have a condition worth waiting for.
