I was having car battery issues in my used Honda Civic (that I bought from a different entity, not even Roush) and I was told I could bring it in and they’d take a look. They did a hard reset for me free of charge and I walked out with my car fully functioning again. It was a simple thing that really brightened my day and I haven’t had any issues since. Thanks Roush!

I’ve been coming back to a Roush Honda for regular maintenance in the past 7 years and recently visited again for the same reason and experienced irreversible incident. On January 24, 2020, I received a call from the service, saying that the service technician found that the brake pad thickness has reduced to 2.5mm and needed to be replaced and the cost was $371.95. I bought a used CRV from Roush Honda. At first I was willing to believe that this company was just incompetent, but now I believe it is deliberate and bordering on fraud. On the day I purchased the car, I brought a cashier's cheque for the full amount. I was told that the price required that I finance some of the cost. I agreed to finance $5000. Since the cheque was $5000 more than the amount needed, I was told that Roush would send a cheque for that amount to me and I would receive it within a week. Nothing came in the mail... read more
