I recently contacted Roush Honda to inquire about a 2023 Honda CR-V EX and scheduled an appointment with Aleks to test drive the vehicle. However, when I arrived at the dealership at the agreed-upon time, I was informed that the car was already out on a test drive with another customer. Aleks informed me that, despite the appointment, he had been instructed to allow another customer to test drive the vehicle because Roush Honda "does not hold cars." I had a crazy good experience. Caroline Cohen answer the phone. When I called the dealership. I looked online and found a car that I wanted. She was amazing. The first thing I asked her was do you guys have any extra charges that I cannot refuse. She handled it very well. There weren't any. We had a phenomenal experience today with Corey Carter (on the right in the pic!) and left the dealership as very happy new owners of a certified used Honda Passport. The whole process was smooth. We looked at many options and had plenty of time to look around at their inventory. Financing was efficient and everyone we interacted with was so friendly. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the market for a new ride!
