I had a crazy good experience. Caroline Cohen answer the phone. When I called the dealership. I looked online and found a car that I wanted. She was amazing. The first thing I asked her was do you guys have any extra charges that I cannot refuse. She handled it very well. There weren't any. We had a phenomenal experience today with Corey Carter (on the right in the pic!) and left the dealership as very happy new owners of a certified used Honda Passport. The whole process was smooth. We looked at many options and had plenty of time to look around at their inventory. Financing was efficient and everyone we interacted with was so friendly.
