Thank you Roush Honda! I locked my keys in my running CR-V today in Dublin (a whole different story) and I called your roadside assistance in a panic. Your wonderful serviceman was to me in 30 minutes with a new key. That's the second time being saved with your roadside assistance. The first being on a zero degree day in rush hour in January. Thank you for being a large metropolitan dealership but making a small customer feel like she received first class small town service!
I came in for an airbag recall fix, unsure what to expect with the recent media scare and backlog concerns. The service department was exceptional, efficient, and very friendly. They had the part in stock, actually finished the job early and threw in a car wash! Top notch service!
My friend, who recommended Roush and Dave Holscher, was spot on. From our first meeting, through introducing my 94 year-old Mother to the product, Dave was patient, helpful, kind, a great listener, and seemed to know what we needed without being pushy or hard-sell.
