After getting some incorrect diagnoses, I traveled for Christmas in 2017, and my car ended up breaking down. Nothing could get the car to start up again. After having it towed to another dealership, it was determined that Roush had failed to tighten some bolts which caused a few thousand dollars in damage. I called them and provided them with information about the other dealership, they contacted the other dealership to get their records, and they finally agreed to reimburse me - but only a partial reimbursement.
