This is our favorite grocery store! We love it here. The people here always helpful especially in the meat department! If we buy a big pork roast on sale they always cut it to our needs. Very good sales here too. 😍🥰😍🥰

This is my 3rd year using Rouse’s bakery for my daughters birthday cake and party cupcakes and every year they are absolutely delicious! This year I asked for a unicorn cake and it came out precious! It had been decorated with a mane and eyes/eyelashes. Thank you once again for not only delicious but affordable cakes!
customer service is horrible! You advertised a cake that was on sale but you ran out. I was told by the bakery to go to customer service for a raincheck only to be told I have to wait until raincheck slips are printed out. This took 10 minutes. the young girl named baleigh acted like it was my fault. It appeared that she was a head cashier, instead she should be taking out trash. she was not friendly at all. Fantastic store. Very clean, great and large selections.
I just purchased a pound of Tuna Loin from this rouses. I got home and cooked it med rare. When I bite into it I realized it was not fresh. It had a horrible taste but for some reason it did not smell. The packaging said it doesn’t expire for another 6 days. I shopped at Rouses just for the seafood but after this experience I will not return. I will have to find another place to by seafood because I can’t risk this happening again.
