Worst vision clinic I’ve experienced. Ordered my son replacement lenses around November. Still haven’t received them and when I call, if they answer, all they say is we are still waiting on them and there is a backup at the lab. A 4 month backup. Come on now!!!!!!

I really wish Dr. Rouse would see that his current staff is effecting his reputation and business so negatively. My entire family has been going to that office for over 20 years. The staff there now does not answer the phone, they hang up right after taking the phone off the hook, they put you on hold and don’t return your call after knowing who you are and why you’re calling. My son has been waiting over a month for a replacement pair of glasses and I have not been able to speak with them to find out the status at all. I ju... read more
