Staff was incredible. My son is autistic and I warned them ahead of time. They all took their time with him, didn't rush him, explained everything they were going to do before they did it and answered every one of his questions. Dr. Rouse spent way longer than he probably usually does with most of his patients teaching my son how to put his contacts in and take them out. He also took the time to teach me how to help him and answered all of my questions. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.
the best eye care ever – EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE DEALT WITH THE ROUSE FAMILY EYE CARE I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS AND THEY ALL AGREE THAT ROUSE FAMILY EYE CARE IS THE BEST IN WESTON AND SUNRISE.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! – There is NO return policy posted. And, they don't issue credits, on your credit card after they kept your money over 60 days. They have to issue checks on different locatio. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE CORTESY TO APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! HORRIBLE ATITUDE FROM THE "DR." INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, PERSONEL AND EVEN MY OWN CHILDREN.
