I'm updating this as my final review. The front end (before you settle) is top notch. Getting them to fix things after you settle is harder. That is where the one star review is coming from. It is too time consuming and they don't make it easy. They also pressure you to write reviews immediately after settling and you get (or we did at least) a gift card for good reviews. I would do the following things again to make sure I have a well built house, and I do have a well built house in my opinion because we did these things. 1... read more
Very Helpful and easygoing .Rouse Chamberlin Homes are great It was an awesome experience with them .Happy we chose them to build our new home. You were so cool and kind Ed . Overall experience was very good and the way they handle things was something I liked the most.
It was a pleasure going through the process of buying a home from RCH. Ed was especially cordial and not at all pushy.
I’m happy to say we built our new home one year ago and we have been extremely happy with the total experience. From start to finish and beyond, the people in the company have been informative, caring, and responsive. The quality of the home is excellent, and when something needs attention it is taken care of. Our home purchase with Rouse Chamberlin has been a wonderful benefit for my whole family. We are glad we chose this builder.
