It was a pleasure going through the process of buying a home from RCH. Ed was especially cordial and not at all pushy.
I’m happy to say we built our new home one year ago and we have been extremely happy with the total experience. From start to finish and beyond, the people in the company have been informative, caring, and responsive. The quality of the home is excellent, and when something needs attention it is taken care of. Editing this because we are still working on getting items fixed. You don’t hear back about warranty items unless you persist and follow up. John Penders (owner) gave a 5 star review and other employees did too that are part of these reviews on Google and one on Facebook. We didn’t expect a perfect house, but it is pulling teeth to get them to fix things that are not right and we had to spend out of pocket money to fix things. My wife and I recently bought a new construction home from Rouse Chamberlin. Like any home, there is always something to do, but Rouse Chamberlin has been more than willing to help with any concerns or issues. Very communicative throughout the process, friendly, and willing to help. Thankful that we are in our dream home!
