My husband and I purchased a Rouse Chamberlin home and the entire process was very easy and straightforward with an excellent delivered product! The communication from start to finish was great and it never felt 'pushy' or otherwise forced, which we really appreciated. We worked with Ed and Danielle through the sale and build process, and had fantastic experiences with both of them. We are so happy we chose Rouse and would recommend them to anyone interested in new construction.

I'm updating this as my final review. The front end (before you settle) is top notch. Getting them to fix things after you settle is harder. That is where the one star review is coming from. It is too time consuming and they don't make it easy. They also pressure you to write reviews immediately after settling and you get (or we did at least) a gift card for good reviews. I would do the following things again to make sure I have a well built house, and I do have a well built house in my opinion because we did these things. 1... read more
