Poor knowledge I would only call them if you want a guy coming out to your house and it seems like his first job ever. They set up an appointment and show up hours late. Call someone else who knows how to do bussines.
No, no, no.. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Unsatisfactory service. They installed a furnace product they supplied, and when this piece of crap started breaking down soon after, they gave us the hardest time about getting it fixed and charged us high service fees. Then the furnace broke again and same problems. There are much better technician choices in this area, don't make the same mistake we did. :(
