Rountree Roofing came out and did a great job with our Soffit/Fascia repair. However, one of their technicians broke one of our clay roof tiles. I asked for it to be repaired, and Ashley kept promising someone would come fix it, but they never did. Several emails were sent, and there was no response. Very Unprofessional and Not Responsive.
