I will be reporting all issues to BBB also ..... my car had key not detected its a 2013 **** fusion because one key broke off on the ingntion but i was able to pull it out without any damages at autozone ..so i brought a need battery while im at autozone still same message so i call **** next day because the same day i couldn't get in contact with anyone and the sales person ******** said it's cost over ****** for one key and it's not guaranteed one key will work..... On Dec 8, I called Rountree Moore to ask about them honoring a paint recall. They told me I was covered for the free work and could schedule immediately. I told them my wife was just diagnosed with breast cancer and since we have a flood of doctor ************* Id like to hold off for a while. The lady there assured me this was fine and said to call back when ready. No mention of the recall expiring. avoid the hassle ; go somewhere else…still haven’t got refunded 8 months later for what was told would not be included in my loan!

went in earnestly seeking a prius. was told i was not to be given a price quote unless i promised to buy the car right away that day. they didnt have the exact model i wanted nor the color. i was asked by john s**** "how much would it cost for u to become color blind, and you dont need an AWD anyways. this maltreatment to a seniour woman was inititated by a new manager shane i****, and has been reported to toyota corporate offices.

I want to direct this review to the attention of: Mr. *** Shelley, Regional Manager: On, Wednesday, July 17, 2019, my husband and I requested the shuttle to the Lake City Mall from the Toyota dealership. Much to our disappointment, the air conditioning was not working and just blowing hot air. I find this to be totally unacceptable for the customers, especially in this overly HOT Summer. Just had the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. Our salesman, Michael *********, went far beyond the usual sales routine to make sure we were happy with our decision, and got us in a brand new corolla for a price that was better than we could have hoped for! Great sales, great service!
