I bought a '23 ram 2500 from them in September. I traveled from out of state to get this and it was missing a passenger side mirror. They told me that they had it already and it would be installed when I came to pick up the vehicle. I got there and no mirror. Then I was told it was due in a week, and they would get it to me.
