Disappointed with Roundtree Kia’s lack of attention to detail. I bought a brand-new 2025 vehicle from them just two months ago, and it already started having transmission problems. When I brought it to my local Jacksonville Kia dealership, they found several things that Roundtree Kia should have caught during their inspection, but didn’t.
