Look! We bought a brand new *** from this dealership and done every bit of service with the dealership since we bought the car and when they did all the recalls the very next morning our *** caught on fire! Electrical issue! smoking from under the passenger seat, melting wires! Good morning, We have tried reaching out to the guest on multiple occasions referring to this warranty concern. We have yet to get a call or email back to give the ****** family an update. If they could please reach out that would be greatly appreciated. We are willing to help with a service contract coverage and need to be able to get a hold of the customer.
We brought a car , last only one week now we had to send it to the shop and they don't know exactly what's wrong with it .there code and they said it needs to go to a **** dealership to find out what the problem is
They like to sneak in addons into the contracts. They will also try to tack on unnecessary fees when you are buying a car.You have to go through a lot of arguing to get your keys back if you want to leave because you are not happy with the "deal" they are trying to get you to sign,
Rountree Moore Kia is great! I just bought a new 2023 Kia Carnival from them. Such a painless and easy buying process: fast, friendly, helpful, and reasonable. My salesman was Peyton Newsome! Peyton is awesome. Peyton worked me a great deal! He was friendly and wonderful cars salesman. He drove 4 hours roundtrip to Tallahassee, FL late at night to deliver my car. We were just told this past Wednesday our parts were do in that afternoon and once again our car would be ready Monday.
