I have been purchasing cars from this dealership for over 10 years. Never in my wildest dreams would i have ever thought of them as unethical, etc.... I went in on Friday, 03/14 and was able to reach a deal with the salesman for a certain car at a certain price with certain options. They said they had to get it from another Ford Store and that it had the exact options requested. We returned to this dealership on 03/18 to pick up the new car. RecommendedMom and I went specifically shopping for an suv that had air conditioning in the cargo area for our giant schnauzer, Muffin. Tammy helped us find the perfect vehicle that would be comfortable for people as well as for Muffin. We are thrilled with our experience! Sam was wonderful doing all the paperwork. Had a great experience with Kendall Fairchild in service. Also want to thank the tech that jumped on the warranty work. Stopped in from out of state with a battery issue. After a 14 hr drive and three jump starts along the way, I dreaded a long service wait. Kendall got me in and on the road right away. They did not even make me disconnect my heavy trailer. After my move, Ill drive to Lake City for my next Ford. Thanks again Kendall!
