These people are LIARS (Bryan Grafton and Jesse Somervell)!!! Carfax and CarGurus were advertising a 2016 Lincoln MKX Reserve with less than 58,000 miles. On March 27th, 2025, I reached out to this dealership via CarGurus message app. Jesse Somervell immediately replied. This dealership is a member of Morgan Auto Group. From my experience, they are thieves. Two years and 60000 miles ago, Roundtree service told me that my brake pads needed to he replaced. Two years and at least 60000 miles later, they still look good. Will never purchase from or get service from Morgan Auto Group ever again. In response to your, "can we do anything to help," yes, stop ripping people off.
The service dept is a joke. People are rude and their service is so slow. An hour to 2 to have an oil change is ridiculous. Told me my truck was ready only to have not been ready and misplaced paper work and keys. I won’t be back. Go else where for your service needs unless it’s warranty work or you have half a day to waste
