I worked with Jendy during my visit. Although I did not receive a car from the dealership I did have an amazing experience. The service was top tier and they went above and beyond to accommodate me.
BUYERS BEWARE! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING! If you don't want to risk buying a lemon, think twice before purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership or any other Morgan Auto Group dealership in the area. I purchased a 2021 Nissan Altima from this dealership back in April, and just five months later, the head gasket blew due to a cracked thermostat housing that caused coolant to leak into the engine. WARNING!!!The Morgan group will lie and not fix your car , kept mine for 11 months. Got it back, did the exact same thing after almost $4000. Told them to come get it. Said we don't do towing. After I had it towed back in. Said now its leaking on top of engine. The $2000 part they replaced covered the entire top of engine. I told them I have to talk to management.
