Haley in the service department at Group1 Lincoln was awesome! We’d been trying for months to figure out an AC issue at another dealership in Texas and just kept hitting dead ends. Haley stepped in, worked with the Lincoln warranty department, and got the repair covered. Huge relief, really grateful!
