In the current world of bad or mediocre service, Rountrees is head and shoulders above the rest. Over the years, I have bought 6 Lincoln Navigators. Rountrees has taken good care of me through all 6. I highly recommend this dealership from auto purchase all the way through the service department. Rountrees really knows the definition of service.
I will definitely visit this location again in the future. The staff was very friendly and attentive and, the service I brought my vehicle in for were done efficiently.
Group 1 Lincoln and Lori made the car buying process very smooth. I would definitely be willing to return if we ever decide to purchase another vehicle.
