Group 1 Lincoln and Lori made the car buying process very smooth. I would definitely be willing to return if we ever decide to purchase another vehicle.

Worst customer service. Took my 2022 Lincoln Corsair in, bought in 2023 with 27k miles on it because discount tire said it needed new tires. Was told that we needed two new front tires from Rountree/Group 1. I said they should be under warranty. They said I would have to make a claim with Michelin since I did not buy a Ford warranty on the tires. Told them I would just come pick up my vehicle.
