Didn't complete repairs. Made it impossible to make medical appointments due to restrictions on rental reimbursement or finding ways to work around. I had questions about what was done but service advisor never got back with me. If this is Lincoln Black Label service I should have stayed with Chrysler. I think they just take advantage because they have no competition near. Haley in the service department at Group1 Lincoln was awesome! We’d been trying for months to figure out an AC issue at another dealership in Texas and just kept hitting dead ends. Haley stepped in, worked with the Lincoln warranty department, and got the repair covered. Huge relief, really grateful!
