🛑I had a very disappointing experience with Round Tree Apartments. The management was unprofessional, communication was poor, and customer service was terrible. I’ve been at Roundtree for less than a month and since the day I moved in, there has been a leak in the ceiling directly above my shower. I reported the issue immediately, but despite my maintenance request, the problem has still not been resolved. I have had to buy an air purifier because of the smell in the apartment due to the leaking ceiling in the bathroom. Communication has been very poor. I have been very disappointed with my experience living at Roundtree Apartments. The biggest issue is the poor management and the lack of organization when it comes to handling maintenance requests. Repairs are often delayed for weeks or even months, and it feels like management does not take residents' concerns seriously. For more than two months, we have been reporting many problems to the management, but nothing has been fixed until now. The gas is not working, the dishwasher is broken, and despite repeated requests, there has been no proper attention or follow-up. The main entrance door also does not work properly and cannot be opened from the apartment, so every time someone visits us, we have to go downstairs and open the door ourselves. Good apartment to live in- fair management and maintenance. Had a situation over the weekend where there was no response to my leak under the sink on Thursday night. Had to call again Friday night and they came Saturday morning. Imagine the mess and clean-up under the sink after dishes… don’t forget about the moisture.. The on-call maintenance man, Tom, was great. Doesn’t work at this apartment but at another apartment of McKinley’s. He responded right away to the call.
