I am very disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. For the past two weeks, I have been sending emails and calling the office about several maintenance issues, and no one has responded or taken action. My brother-in-law even called on my behalf because I do not speak English well, and he was told that maintenance would come, but nobody showed up. I have an emergency gas issue in my apartment. Office staff/management is really good. They answer calls, handle stuff quick. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, well run community.
Being a resident the only reason I didn’t give Roundtree and I’ve been here almost 6 years. Six stars is because calling and you get the virtual person. It’s really frustrating. It takes way too long to get to a live person and living here. I don’t understand why we have Virtual communication. Other than that. I really love where I live. I am a resident of Roundtree 3, and I am very disappointed with the maintenance service. I reported that my air conditioner is not working and that my kitchen sink is broken. I contacted the office and requested repairs, but no one has come to fix these issues. It has been a long time, and I have not received any assistance or updates. This lack of response is unacceptable, which is why I am giving only one star.
it's Very bad management for now 2026 Garbage staff and a routed report about the state gov. And housing gov. for it.
