If you wish piss poor/ zero customer service this the spot for you. 2 cashiers at counter 2 customers plus myself. Had only wanted a cup of coffee. Both cashiers leave counter to fill 2 big orders. Never say a thing to me leaving me hanging for about 10 minutes. Get fed up go sit. Watch non front counter employees going behind disturbing those employees. Also found it interesting that from where I was sitting I could clearly read the cashier's screen. No management of front counter observed.
I love your food! But your service is crap. I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment before. Not only was the women behind the counter incredibly rude and dismissive to me, the poor kid in front of me was obviously embarrassed about how poorly he was treated. It's really a shame, because I will miss the cronuts!
Rounds is the best bakery, bagel, and pastry in Reno.
Food brings people together, but a business like this one that also has heart and soul and love keeps them coming back. <3

Great bakery with many different options to choose from. They offer a great variety of doughnuts, bagels, and house-made schmears!
