I have been fraudulently overcharged by this mortgage company and their help desk representative only puts me on hold when I try to call for assistance. They refuse to help me or transfer me to their supervisor. I've been a victim of abusive mortgage practices. Anyone with a similar dispute should call me as I have contacted a lawyer and we will be pressing charges.
I am giving 3 stars because my overall experience has not been horrible since I have been using them for the last 3 years and normally I only get online and pay my Mortgage. However, I did just switch my Insurance policy and I've been calling for weeks to make sure that it was received, then paid. It was an arduous process for what seemed like a pretty simple task. I am lucky I did not cancel my original policy before I got them to pay the new one because it took so long that the new policy expired.

They bought our mortgage against our will but they are not paying fees and taxes that are required by county law. This is putting my family at risk. If you want to buy my mortgage to make money off of it, pay the fees you owe our county government so we don’t get evicted because if your incompetence. We have paid all of our fees. You have not.
