Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. I spent about 30 minutes on hold, and even after speaking with a supervisor, the issue was still not resolved. Based on this experience, I would not choose to do business with this company again.

I just talked to a guy from RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing about getting the pay off on the house that I'm selling in Gurnee Illinois asap. He was thoughtful, understanding and helpful. Quick and effective! I really felt heard and taken care off. I wish i could remember the guy's name:(

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but my experience with RoundPoint Mortgage has been incredibly frustrating. In July, I closed my Truist bank account and opened a new account. On July 29—three days before my mortgage payment was due—I logged into RoundPoint to update my banking information. Their system would not allow me to change the account because I was enrolled in autopay.
