Roundpoint customer service is excellent. They are always attentive to my needs and I always leave the call happy and with my issue resolved. As someone who often has to call and speak with mortgage company customer service lines during my job, I can attest that MOST are not nearly as accommodating. It is a relief knowing I can always call when I need something.

I have quite a lot of experience with various challenging financial and legal processes, but working with Roundpoint to assume my mortgage following a divorce was the worst one yet. It should have been fairly simple process given my financials, and our experience paying them on time for 4 years. My lender sold my mortgage to Roundpoint Mortgage a few years ago. I hadn't heard of them so I conducted a Google search on them. I saw so many negative reviews, but told myself don't buy into them and see how things go for yourself. Now I'm here to complain. I recieved notice that there was an escrow shortage and that my monthly payment would be increasing starting in May. My payment is due on 1sta and today is the 5th. The rep called me and asked if i made a payment. I have neve had anyone to call and ask me if i had made a payment. I asked if he had reviewed my account before he called and he stated no. The payment reflected it was paid.
