My mortgage was sold to round point. I sold my house and my lawyers had a horrific time getting all the paperwork from them had to call three times to get my final closing documents and they finally did it 20 minutes before the final closing and we thought that it was going to be delayed because of them. And on top of all of this they took an extra mortgage payment out and I was owed 1700 dollars back and only got 15 dollars. They stole my money and never returned it back to me. Retuned their call. My mortgage went up and everything was explained to me. Very caring and concerned about my problem. All customer service should be like this.
I purchased a brand new house 4 months ago. I had to sell my previous home after i closed on the new one. to drop the PMI roundpoint is sending a stranger, not even a Roundpoint employee, into my home to TAKE PICTURES of a 4 month old house to drop the PMI. I do not appreciate this invasion of privacy for a ridiculous policy on a not even 5 month old house that is well below the 80% threshold to drop PMI.
