They were unable to help with my homeowners insurance issue apparently it has something to do with the way my house is listed with the county I live in and the ADU isn't listed with the primary house I bought so they can't make adjustment in letting the mortgage company know that there is an ADU on the same property so every year at renewal I have to make sure both policies are getting Paid. They have different addresses so it makes a hassle every August. It is not a RoundPoint issue it is a county issue. Thx for trying.

DO NOT CHOOSE ROUNDPOINT. EVER!!! My experience with RoundPoint after paying off my mortgage has been completely unacceptable. I closed on my home and paid the mortgage off on July 1. More than a month later, I still have not received my escrow refund. RoundPoint claims that a check was mailed, but they have provided me with no tracking number, no proof of mailing, and no meaningful way to verify where my money is.
