We rented climate controlled unit for my college daughter. Clean...no creatures, droppings or musty smell. Definitely recommend this place.
I called multiple times and when I got an answer the girl on the phone was extremely rude. She said “Elizabeth cannot come to the phone right now.” I didn’t know who Elizabeth was... I asked if she would like my number to call me back because I really would like to find a storage place ASAP and she said “no, we have your number” and hung up. In this entire conversation I was very polite and she had an attitude the second she picked up the phone and said hello. In addition I never got a call back and never got a storage unit.... read more
