Our Shop Foreman Joe graduated from the BMW Service Technician Education Program (STEP) in 2007 and later achieved Master Level Technician. He has worked as a mechanic for the BMW dealership and independent Mini Cooper BMW specialty shops. With our extensive knowledge, passion, and honesty we hope to give you the best repair experience possible.

Joe at Roundel is where i would take my BMW's to. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does. He took care of my wife's F31 and was very thorough in his findings. I highly recommend Roundel to anyone looking to take car of their BMW.

Joe replaced the old mount and bushings around the rear differential, the rear differential itself, and the valve cover with genuine BMW parts. He was transparent enough to show where it was cracked and leaking on the spot. He was kind, guiding the recommended actions to address the issues. Joe did a fantastic job on my 2012 mini. My first time coming to Roundel and was pleased with the service from start to finish. Had a number of things worked on. Joe’s quote, timeline and explanation of work being done matched exactly what was in the end. No surprises, no nonsense. Honest hard working gentleman who knows Mini & BMW’s.
