Round Table property took over as my property manager during the middle of my lease. 1- They did not give me an opportunity to renew my lease so i had to move out. 2- They did not return my deposit. I emailed multiple times and they eventually stopped responding. Would not recommend.
Brandi went above and beyond for us. From answering texts late at night to helping solve last-minute issues on closing day, they were always there. As first time home buyers there were a lot of things we did not know, Brandi truly answered all questions we had. She also got us multiple fence quotes. Her dedication and professionalism truly set Round Table Realty apart. We will recommend them to everyone we know!
Frank Wiley is extremely rude and disrespectful.
Every agent I've met here truly lives their motto, putting people before property. Highly recommended! (Despite the photo, they do really try to make everyone happy! Lol)
UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BELOW Still no letter and still no deposit back, been almost 3 months since we moved out and they are certainly just waiting this out until I give up it seems…was able to email Cindy and she said they would look into it, this was a few weeks ago…nothing Have talked with several local Facebook groups, etc and this seems like a very common experience with this company Be aware and wouldn’t do any business with this company STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (their property management side), I feel ... read more
