Owners response is meant to save face…he was nice, and certainly protecting his business… (and there were nice receptionists that could witness as well)…but the staff that were argumentative must have felt uncomfortable (or maybe stressed) only because they didn’t have any other response to my questions except “that is the law”. At no point do I expect people to break the law, but there are ways to interact with people without breaking the law…instead of continuing to repeat “it is the law”…from a company that stays they are... read more
