My sister sent me a gift card for my birthday. She lives in Alaska. And yes it was for round table. So I rode my bike for miles one way to enjoy a restaurant I have never eaten at On my birthday. And all you have for me is the card is unusable. Thanks a lot round table I'm sending the card back to my sister I hope she gets me something else.
I will start this by saying we like the food at Round Table. We order from them at least every few weeks. The service has gotten slower, and more unreliable. Today I ordered online around 3:20, for delivery at 4:30. They called at 4:26 saying they were slammed & our order would be about 30 minutes late. No biggie pretty much expected that. Then a call at 5:20 saying their delivery driver would be leaving in a few. Finally I called them at 6. They said it would be leaving in a few minutes. If you're thinking about trying Round Table pizza like I was, but hesitating because of the price, let me save you some time. I bought medium and large premium pizzas, I thought the idea of fresh ingredients would be amazing despite my hesitation on the cost(50$). I knew it was a gamble. But this was THE WORST outcome possible. The pizzas had ridiculously less toppings than the photos, it cost twice as much money as any competitor, and get this, *Domino's* has more flavor. Save your money. I'm angry about this.
Waited for almost an hour for our pizza. We didn’t complain even. Told us our meal was going to be free. Then the server came back with a discounted ticket instead of free. Don’t say free if it’s not going to be. Won’t be back for a while. Your pizza is too expensive in the first place. You can go elsewhere (14th and Lincoln), and get a pizza twice the size for the same price. Sorry wasn’t happy when leaving this time! The server was still nice though.
