I like this place
I'm sure the pizza's good: but the 4 hour wait, with multiple calls to the store, and then being told the driver tried knocking at the door and left? Weird, as I was in the front room, had spoken to the manager (who said they were on the way), and had turned the sound on the TV off to be sure I heard them. Just be honest if you "missed" an order: "sorry, we didn't see that, didn't make it, and we're leaving now." Then I could have at least made other plans.
Went in last Friday and they lost our order! They tried to bring us a small when we ordered an XL. Went again tonight and about 6 people in line who placed orders over the phone an hour earlier and nothing made yet. Stood in line for over 10 mins just to order because everyone wasn't sure what they should be doing. Gave up and went to pizza factory instead. Won't be back and won't recommend this location.
This place was absolutely disgusting. Tables we nasty and the plate chiller was foul, stuff actually growing in it. The salad bar was not stocked and has stuff everywhere. I probably left with more stuff under my shoe than when I entered. This place needs a visit from the health department.
I had a very bad experience at this place first they made me wait like 5 minutes to take the order after a cashier called Kelsey H. I took the order and was very sharp with me he said 20 Or 25 minute so I wait outside and the 20 minutes pass and the same cashier was there when I entered and people took their orders and I there waiting for ten minutes I was wondering about my order and the worst part was that I realized that my order was made since before That I entered and made me wait there and she was not to tell me that m... read more
Love the place but I wish salad bar was every day! Nice cozy atmosphere <3
Ordered our pizza at 6:30 pm. It was finally delivered at 8:00 pm and of course missing the dipping sauce that I specifically requested. When we called to ask about the delay with our pizza and why no one called to inform us of it, we were told by management that if they had to call all customers about delays she'd be on the phone all day. Uh, sorry you have to do your job! Pizza taste great but customer service definitely sucks!
