So, my sweet beautiful Auntie Vee (80 yrs young) goes to Round Table Pizza to get some pizza and a salad in CHICO, CA and is refused service by the “Manager” because she’s a party of one? WTH? She was humiliated as all could hear but no one spoke up for her! If anyone knows the managers name at either one in Chico, please let me know. I will raise the roof! Furious in Mesquite, NV. ☹️😡🤬🥵☹️😫
UPDATE: Round Table contacted me immediately and did a thorough investigation. I feel very my confident it was a misunderstanding with all the noise and Vee’s hearing issues. This girl had helped her before. They are compensating her with some nice lunches and an apology. I’m good with that. Ordered my pizza well done and when I got home it wasn’t done it was steal raw in the middle and some of the cheese wasn’t even melted .... this is the first time I was ever disappointed on how they cooked my pizza they Isley do a very good job

Hire some Adults over the age of 30...dealing with 20 somethings that don't seem like they give a crap is frustrating...we go to the Coddingtown Round Table only and I love a block from this occidental location but the food is noticeably warmer, better, nicer, staff is friendly and helpful at coddingtown and they know what they are doing and communicate it. Occidental is pulling teeth to get anything.
Not good salad at all and dirty.
RecommendedVery fast, the pizza was delicious and the workers were all super friendly. We were out of town but will definitely stop by next time we’re in town.
