Ordered my pizza well done and when I got home it wasn’t done it was steal raw in the middle and some of the cheese wasn’t even melted .... this is the first time I was ever disappointed on how they cooked my pizza they Isley do a very good job
ordered half-n-half pizza to go. the restroom was filthy. watched a girl clean up after a family, she just wiped the table with a dry cloth. didn't clean the mess under the table. no one called us for our order, so it was cold. we ordered extra sauce on one side, but it barely had any sauce at all on the whole pizza. not happy at all.
Went for lunch. Was there 45 minutes. No pizza in the lunch buffet. When they did put it up only 5-6 pieces at a time so it was enough for two customers out of the 6 or 7 waiting. If you just want salad it's great. If you want pizza order your own
Phil was super rude on the phone!! Worst customer service ever!!! We went in the store to get our pizza, told the manager and he didn't even do anything about it, Just shrugged his shoulders�
No communication. 3 families that came after us got their food before us. & when we went to ask I was ignored. Finally found out it hadn’t even been put it. We weren’t the only family that waited hours . The lady then just said I can give you a refund and that’s all I can do for you after waiting a hour for our food already. “And it won’t go in for 4-5 business days. That’s more then I could usually do anyways.” No communication. No pizza ready at a decent time. Tables were filthy .
Waited over an hour and never got our pizza! Only to find out it wasn’t even made! And now I have to wait 5-10 business days for my money back! Never again! Don’t come here! Over 6 people in the back who can’t communicate!
Went there last night for dine in and our pizzas took almost an hour. Hardly anyone eating there maybe 2 other people. Horrible customer service!
My wife and I eat here for dinner the Customer service was HORRIBLE. They forgot to give us our pizza and it took them long to get our order anyways but they need to fix there service. It's not good thats why im given them 2 STARS..
Met family that came from out of state on Sunday for after church lunch crowd, at start of Buffett lunch, the crew was extremely understaffed.. the manager was taking a phone call and motioned us (a small line of customers) he would be with us shortly as he slipped pizzas into the oven w/phone on shoulder, it took him about 6-8 minutes to take customers orders. Food was ok, salad bar was good, restaurant was clean and tidy though.
