I went in for a low tire pressure since it was a brand new car. I had a nail on the inside wall so I had to get a new tire. I thought they would send a picture as evidence and I just got a video of the technician sitting inside my car explaining what was wrong but not even showing the tire. I have use this dealership since 2016 and the service have been amazing, detail to the core. Car always sounds great and my service personal Enrique took good care of me. In about an hour my car was ready as promised without interrupting my schedule or life. I got updates on my car throughout that duration in service.
