I brought my truck in for an oil change and fluid flush. I asked brought up some damage that occurred to my seat on a prior visit. They did not see any notes of the damage and I was just out of warranty. However, they took care of it with no extra change. That showed great character👏. I will continue to come back to them because of the great customer service and work.

Very efficient. I didn’t have to wait at all to have my appointment with my service advisor. I waited to have the work completed and it only took two hours for a good amount of work to be completed. Comfortable waiting are was pleasant.
Their service was absolutely great. The service agent greeted me with a friendly smile. During the process, a video was sent to me as to what was being done to my Toyota tundra. I never had that type of experience in the North Austin Toyota that I had been with for 20 years. I'm glad I chose Round Rock Toyota. I will never go back to North Dakota . Excellent customer service. A loyal Toyota customer for over 20 years and Toyota Round Rock has brought back something that I had lost. I thank you.
