I took my car in for a 20,000 service as well as a slow leak in a tire. I received a video from the technician explaining what they were doing and what was needed. I appreciated receiving that. Also, they had a special if you made an apptm between 1:00 and 5:00 pm they offered a 10% discount. Josh and Evan (I believe that was his name) were both helpful.

A perfect example of a company that did everything right. Got a heads up voicemail the day before the appointment with info that kept me from being surprised at the charges (much appreciated). On the morning of the appointment everyone was thoughtful, pleasant, and went out of their way to be helpful. I had a 7am appt and I was on my way home by 830. Rebekkah was great! Having a Toyota is new to my family and we had to have some recall work done. She was able to help us to the process of requesting it through Toyota and even though the card was out of warranty in terms of years, Toyota covered it which we so appreciated. The service was top-notch, the location and amenities at your place were great and everyone was extremely helpful.
