Stay far away from this body shop. They were an absolute disappointment to dealt with. They caused additional damage to our vehicle by overspraying on the PPF. I attempted to bring it up to Alf Howard, whom of which is the General manager. But he is never onsite. He ended up hanging up on me. Now I am left with a $1,000 bill that it cost me to fix the damage that they did. They do not keep their word about when the vehicle will be completed. We were quoted 10 days. It took over 4 months. I would not recommend using this body shop. Repairs that were supposed to take 10 days took 120 days. Plus, they included additional damage to the vehicle which was caused by the employees after they oversprayed the vehicle. You can tell by the individuals that this place hires that they don't care about quality.
Zero Stars Not Round Rock Collision Center - run far away from that horror show that effectively robbed us of over $700 and did no work They don’t play nice with insurance companies, especially Allstate, they made nonstop excuses and they wasted our entire 30 day rental car without any work while they argued about it and lied to us putting us in the middle of their arrogance and the insurance carrier.
