I had a mixed experience shopping at Round Rock Beauty. The staff member was incredibly helpful in guiding me to select the right hair for a style I had scheduled later in the week. However, my experience was significantly affected by the checkout process. I was surprised to encounter a tip screen at the register, which is uncommon for a beauty supply store.
