I was having a hard time figuring out what was going on with my car, but the team at round rock auto center was super helpful and kind. Ray was really on top of things and kept me updated, and Riley, the technician, did a great job during the inspection. what I liked most was the detailed report they explained everything clearly so I actually understood it. they even followed up with a call to check if everything went as expected, which meant a lot. highly recommend them if you're looking for honest, thoughtful service.
Ray is the man. Made sure I knew everything that was wrong with my car and gave me options. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Have never been to a mechanic shop with that much pride for customer satisfaction. Highly recommended shop!

This place was truly a godsend. I needed my passenger side mirror replaced on my Tucson and it was a long arduous process trying to get the part. They quoted me months ago, and when I finally received the part, they got it done for me same day within only a couple of hours. What’s more? I did a ton of research and got several quotes in the area beforehand and nobody could beat them on price! Then they were so unbelievably generous in waiving the fees - you won’t find better service around, I guarantee it!
