The BEST experience at a dentist office I've ever had! Love evervone there starting with the lovely ladies Ana and Rebecca at the front desk to my AMAZING hygienist Theresa! I've only gotten to meet with Dr. Shah who welcomed me and completed his exam and seems very nice, but I will soon get to experience his work next month which I'm sure will also be equally GREAT! Round Lake Family Dentistry has always treated me well! They are respectful, quick, efficient, and thorough. I appreciate that they give me detailed cost estimates prior to any procedure. I also don’t feel pressured to go through with anything I don’t want. I appreciate the staff here so much!

I called at 2am with tooth pain, and I was able to get scheduled for an emergency service the next morning! When I came in, Dr. Shah immediately assessed my situation and gave me the necessary treatment. I’ve had almost everything done here, from a cleaning all the way to a root canal and The doctor does a very good job, about 5 years ago my root canal was done flawlessly! It matched my teeth and the adhesion seam was smooth and didn’t grab any food particulates, it didn’t build unnecessary or unusual amounts of plaque and I’m a soda drinker, I was almost for sure that my acid diet would’ve weakened the bond and I would be coming back for repairs, thankfully I was wrong!
