We used RHR for our entire house renovation in 2015 in Grant Park in Atlanta and found their work to be exceptional.
Round Here provided transparent pricing and quality work. Even with a compressed schedule, they were able to execute the work under pressure and communicated issues and schedule impacts along the way. They are comfortable working on historic home restorations. I’d hire them again if I had to do it all over.
We enjoyed working with RHR for our renovation project. The house (built in 1901 or 1902) was uninhabitable when we purchased it, so it was a long project!! Dan and his crew were exceedingly professional and pleasant to work with. We had regular meetings with Dan to keep us up to speed, and he was very responsive when issues arose. We highly recommend Round Here Renovations and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
RHR recently completed a detached in-law suite (ADU) for us, and we are thrilled with the results. Dan and his crew paid great attention to detail, and the results and quality of workmanship speak to that. I was especially happy with how Dan leveraged technology, in the form of Google sheets, to ensure that everyone was on the same page with design decisions and the budget in real time. We would love to use them again for any future building projects.
We hired RHR to update our 1940s Morningside Tudor. We completely gutted about 50% of the structure. Dan the owner and Mason our project manager were very communicative and advised us on several changes / additions along the way. They worked seemlessly with our architect and interior designer. We were very happy with the final product and would gladly recommend them for any renovation project.
