Absolutely horrible company. If you Caucasian they will not be nice to you n make you job 10 times hard till they make you quit. The lead made sure to find a problem woth ever weld i did no matter how good of quality work i did. He made me do rework multiple times a day....After being sick for a week n half with covid. They packed my stuff n moved it to a corner. They dented up my tool box n left my refrigerator unplugged where stuff went bad.
I am glad this company has made something of itself for the sake of Lalo and the employees. But don’t be fooled by the “promises mad promises kept” motto. Several good people that helped start this company were stepped on, done wrong, and had promises broke by Chris Tubbs when he rolled over and let his co-owners come in and screw over nearly the entire founding staff that fought for this company and put time in off the clock trying to ensure that Chris and his company made it.
