My favorite breakfast spot in Elmhurst. Not only do they have the best ever cinnamon rolls…the longanisa sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel(all made from scratch) is amazing. Kai and her team are always so nice to us and we will be supporting them for a long time!
Unfortunately we just went there, the wait was long, one of us got something we didn’t order (balsamic on eggs - which we didn’t even see on the menu), and the soft egg on the L toastie was like a hard congealed patty. Very bad experience - would not recommend.
Came in with high hopes based on reviews and wanting to support a local business. We were so disappointed. The scone was dry and crumbly and the ube bar was also crumbly. The person working the front didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and then finally said hello after a minute or two of me waiting. Really disappointed as each item was $6. Definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately wouldn’t want to return.
The Ube Pan de Sal breakfast sandwich with longanisa is perfect. Ube brownie is my favorite treat there. Reminds me of my family
