We recently moved to the area, and I wanted to try a barber within walking distance. I went to Jackson, and he was friendly, solicitous and meticulous. I was happy with the cut and my beard sculpting. I will definitely return

Booked an appointment with Veronica and was super happy with how it turned out! I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and walked out with the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. She also gave me affordable hair product recommendations that were better suited for fine hair like mine and cheaper than the stuff I currently use. Will be back again for sure!

Yo nick furfaro that young king, really hooked me up! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He was Very patience and very thorough. He Completed my vision! *chef kiss*🤌 100% the best cut I've had in portland in the last 8 years. Amazing environment and the shop owner such a goddess. I have received good haircuts here. Walk-ins are nice on the weekend. Barbers are friendly and the pricing seems on par with other shops in the city. Appointments help as demand increases in the warmer months.

I've been a customer for a long time and I can honestly say, their haircuts are just the best. Service is great! I would recommend Rough Cuts to anyone. (Plus the view from the window onto 21st Avenue is nearly always a source of amusement and entertainment.)
